By enrolling in this program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a productive, respectful, and efficient learning environment for all participants.

1. System and Environmental Requirements

To participate in the training, you must ensure that your training environment and PC meet the following specifications:

  • Processor: Intel i5 or higher. AMD processors are not supported.

  • Operating System: Windows only. MacOS is not supported.

  • Internet Connection: A high-speed internet connection with remote access capabilities.

  • RAM: Minimum of 8GB, though higher specifications will improve performance.

  • Storage: At least 1TB hard drive.

  • Ports: An Ethernet port is required. USB-based network adapters are not compatible.

  • Software: An active Adobe Photoshop subscription.

  • Remote Assistance Software: Ultraviewer must be installed for remote support and training purposes.

  • Room Temperature: Must be maintained at 22°C or higher.

  • Humidity: Must be maintained at a minimum of 45%.

  • Electrical Requirements: If the machine requires 220V, this must be arranged with a professional electrician prior to the training.

2. Dedicated Workstation Requirement

  • Dedicated PC: It is mandatory to use a dedicated PC for the training and subsequent DTF machine operations. This PC should not be your personal computer used for other daily activities to avoid conflicts and potential security OR privacy issues.

3. Software Installation and Demonstration

  • Remote Access Requirement: To ensure the proper setup of necessary software and to demonstrate operational procedures, remote access to your dedicated PC will be required. Our team will install all the necessary software and demonstrate how to use it effectively as part of the training process.

4. Pre-Training Verification

  • Verification Call: An instructor will contact you a day before the scheduled training to verify that all requirements, including room temperature, humidity, and electrical setup, have been met. You may be asked to provide visual confirmation.

  • Rescheduling: If the environment does not meet the specified requirements, we will need to reschedule the training. It is crucial that the training be completed within a week of receiving the machine to prevent damage to the printhead due to exposure to air.

5. Engagement and Conduct During Training

  • Attention and Focus: Active participation is crucial. Many learners face challenges due to a lack of attention. Ensure you have allocated sufficient time and can participate in the training with full concentration.

  • Behavior: Aggressive behavior or language towards instructors or fellow participants will not be tolerated. Such conduct will result in immediate termination of the training session.

  • Learning Attitude: Patience, focus, and a strong desire to learn are essential. Understanding that this training is not merely a series of clicks but involves detailed processes and instructions is vital.

6. Post-Training Evaluation

  • Hands-On Performance: After completing the training, you will be required to perform the printing process independently while our instructors observe. This hands-on evaluation allows us to ensure that you have absorbed all the necessary information and are capable of executing the tasks correctly. Any mistakes will be corrected during this time, providing a real-time learning opportunity.

7. Liability and Equipment Care

  • Responsibility: Participants are responsible for any damage to their DTF machine due to negligence or failure to follow instructions provided during the training. Our team is here to guide you, but the execution and application of the knowledge are your responsibilities.

8. Training Completion

  • Completion: This training is designed to be your foundation in mastering DTF machine operations. Successful completion requires meeting all the program requirements and actively engaging in the learning process.
