Printheads are final sale – no warranty, no returns, no refunds.
We only sell printheads to our existing customers who purchased their machines from us. We do not sell to the general public. If you own one of our machines and need a printhead, please contact us directly. This item is listed as “out of stock” online to prevent non-customers from purchasing.
All printheads are brand new and original Epson.
By purchasing this item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
We are not responsible for installation.
You are purchasing the printhead only – installation and setup are DIY at your own risk.
You are not paying us to install or guide you on how to do it.
We provide no after-sales support for printheads.
We don’t babysit customers – if you do not know how to install a printhead, please purchase elsewhere.
We do not have time to answer your emails after installation – if you encounter problems, you must figure it out yourself.
We ship exactly what you order. Once received, our responsibility ends.
